Greenstone Gold Mines L.P. is a 60/40 joint venture partnership between Equinox Gold and Orion Mine Finance
Group formed for the purpose of the joint ownership and development of the Greenstone Gold Property
including the Greenstone Mine located on a historical mine site in the Geraldton-Beardmore Greenstone belt in
Ontario. The Greenstone Mine is managed directly by a dynamic and experienced Owner’s team, with an
estimated $1.5 Billion investment over the three-year construction and commissioning phase, and a 14-year
operating life of mine.

Quality Manager

Reporting to the Project Director, the Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all quality
requirements for the Greenstone Project, including the development of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Program, coordinating inspections and testing, and ensuring compliance with the quality requirements for the

 Develop a Quality Program for construction, based on industry standard practices for mining
construction projects
 Review contracts, contractor quality plans and inspections test plans (ITPs) and contractor
 Jointly with the construction superintendents, field engineers and other quality personnel, ensure that
the contractors comply with all project and contractual quality requirements
 Oversee quality testing and inspections, and coordinate third party inspections and testing
 Collaborate with the Project team to identify and resolved quality issues
 Track, investigate, oversee and closeout non-conformities
 Provide training and direction on quality matters to the Project Team
 Oversee deficiency reports and the deficiency register, tracks progress and verifies completion prior to
contract close out
 Ensure proper maintenance and filing of all project quality documentation
 As required, coordinate with Quality Surveillance personnel on equipment and supply quality
 Review and approve contractor’s turnover documentation
 Support commissioning processes, including management and closeout of punch lists

 Excellent working knowledge of industry quality assurance and quality control practices
 Strong leadership skills, ability to manage by influence and develop strong collaborative relationships
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
 Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 Degree or Diploma in Engineering
 15+ years of experience in a large construction project environment, with 5+ years experience in a senior
quality role, mining project experience is considered an asset.

This position will be based in Greenstone, Ontario on a rotation basis for the duration of the project.
